Responsibilities

• Must be capable of providing conceptual as well as detailed design drawings of WTP/WWTP/ETP/STP/Desal treatment plant piping.
• Requires experience with specification of piping, piping components valves, instruments, vessels, and other mechanical equipment.
• Equipment layout, Civil GA drawings, Piping Layout, Isometrics, and Pipe support detailing and MTOs.
• Creating Piping Routing in AutoCAD Plant 3D with respect to Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and optimizing the Skids & Plant piping.
• Extraction of Piping layout drawings, and isometrics with BOM.
• Detailed fabrication drawings of UF/RO Skids, pipe support frames, and pipe racks structural with BOM.
• Candidate should have experience with piping design standards with ANSI/IS/ASME piping specifications and layouts for water treatment plants.
• The successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick to deliver, and a team player.
• Good communication skills in the English language with the ability to effectively communicate in both verbal and written correspondence are essential.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Must be capable of providing conceptual as well as detailed design drawings of water treatment plant piping.
• Requires experience with specification of piping, piping components valves, instruments, vessels, and other mechanical equipment.
• Experience with creating Piping Routing in AutoCAD Plant 3D with respect to Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and optimizing the Skids & Plant piping.
• Experience with developing 3D Models and ensure clash-free models in coordination with all other discipline requirements.
• Experience with preparation of Equipment layout, Skid piping GA, 2D piping layout, Isometrics, MTOs, pipe support drawings, Pipe rack design input, and Civil and vendor drawing reviews.
• Should have experience with piping design standards with ANSI/IS/ASME piping specifications and layouts for water treatment plants. Must be familiar with relevant design & ASME, IS, DIN, and BS codes.
• Good communication skills in the English language with the ability to effectively communicate in both verbal and written correspondence are essential.
