Job Description

 

  • Receive, review, and process vendor invoices (PO and Non‑PO).
  • Monitor AP shared mailbox and classify invoices into correct folders/workflows.
  • Perform basic 2-way / 3-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice).
  • Validate invoice details: vendor code, tax information, purchase order, pricing, and approvals.
  • Enter invoice data accurately into the ERP system
  • Support weekly and monthly vendor payment cycles.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies or missing documents.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and process SOPs.
  • handling the AP related email received in the generic email box

 

Education

 

Bachelor's or associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is typically preferred.

 

Experience

 

1 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.

 

Soft Skills

 

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
