Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, Inside Sales to support sales operations across the APAC region. This role is responsible for customer master data management, quotation preparation, pricing analysis, order processing, procurement coordination, and delivery follow-up. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, procurement, logistics, finance, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth execution of commercial activities and excellent customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Customer Master Data Management

  • Create, maintain, and update customer master data in SAP for the APAC region.
  • Ensure customer information is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards.
  • Support data governance initiatives and maintain data integrity to facilitate smooth business operations.

 

Quotation & Pricing Management

  • Review and process customer inquiries received from sales teams, ensuring a clear understanding of customer requirements and deliverables.
  • Source spare parts, equipment, and related services from internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Obtain and evaluate quotations from multiple suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply sources.
  • Prepare detailed cost calculations, including freight, duties, taxes, and other applicable charges.
  • Develop pricing proposals and quotations in accordance with company pricing guidelines and Delegation of Authority (DOA) requirements.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure timely and accurate quotation submissions.

 

Order Management & Sales Support

  • Monitor quotation status and proactively follow up with customers and sales teams to support business conversion.
  • Assist sales teams in order confirmation and preparation of sales-related documentation.
  • Create and maintain Sales Orders (SO) in SAP, ensuring consistency between customer requirements, quotations, and order details.
  • Generate Purchase Requisitions (PR) and coordinate with procurement teams for Purchase Order (PO) issuance.
  • Track order progress and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and customers.

 

Logistics, Delivery & Payment Coordination

  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor shipment and delivery schedules, ensuring smooth execution of customer orders.
  • Follow up on Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing and resolve any operational issues.
  • Liaise with finance teams on invoicing, payment collection, and payment processing activities.
  • Support the order-to-cash process and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.

 

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, order management, procurement, or a related function.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and strong interest in sales operations are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to support Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers in Taiwan and China.
  • Experience working with SAP ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to prepare costing and pricing calculations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
