Responsibilities: 

• Monitoring, operation & maintenance of Water & Wastewater Treatment Systems
• Manages and supervises all plant and equipment repair and maintenance activities performed on electrical, chemical, and mechanical equipment.
• To plan and execute preventive maintenance schedule to minimize the plant downtime.
• Responsible to ensure the operation of the plant following Standard Operating Procedure (S.O.P.) and the performance at optimum level. 
• Follow and adhere strictly to all safety aspect as stated in client’s Health & Safety Procedures, company’s Integrated Management System and Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and its Regulations.
• To ensure corrective maintenance is completed within given timeline as per superior instructions.
• To keep up to date all equipment condition reports and maintenance trackers.
• To ensure daily inspection logsheets are fulfilled.
• To Manage spares/equipment/fitting/materials/consumables inventory and keep up to date.
• To minimize downtime for operations.
• To generate maintenance/defect/service/incident reports as per instructions from superior.
• Report abnormalities to superior immediately
• Ensure site compliance to GMP and good housekeeping practice (minimal 95% satisfaction)
• Ensure IETS compliance to DOE Standards for final discharge.
• Approach and notify supervisor for anything related to Modifications/ Breakdowns.
• Consistent interaction with teammate. (Shift Handovers)
• Daily activities logging.
• To meet all HR requirements for In/out attendance and all company policies.
• Servicing & calibrations for instruments subject to superior’s instructions.
• Regular status updates on messaging groups or common medium of communications.
• Adhoc Maintenance activities support & troubleshooting to ensure continuity of the operations.

Requirements:

• Minimal requirements for SPM/ SKM  in any related field.
• Age above 18 years old male.
• Must be self-oriented and willing to work under minor supervision.
• Energetic, independent, target-oriented, self-motivated & disciplined.
• Good team player.
• Must possess own transportation & smart mobile phone.
• Able to work on rotating shifts.
• Able to read & write in Bahasa Melayu / English.
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience.
