Role Overview
An opportunity to play a key leadership role in building and scaling a modern, technology-enabled global treasury organization within a growing multinational environment. The role works closely with the Vice President – Treasury in defining treasury policy, strengthening governance frameworks, driving Treasury Management System implementation, and supporting capital strategy
Responsibilities
Treasury Systems & Infrastructure
- Lead implementation and optimization on the behalf of Treasury for Treasury Management Systems and ERP integrations
- Establish scalable treasury processes, reporting standards, and data governance.
- Standardize and automate global treasury operations increasing visibility & predictability for the organization by using advanced tools of Ai/ML
Policy & Governance
- Define and maintain treasury policies covering liquidity(cash pooling for ex), FX risk management, credit risk, and banking relationships
- Strengthen treasury controls and operating models to support organizational growth using technology
Liquidity & Capital Support
- Oversee global liquidity management and cash forecasting
- Support debt structuring and capital raising initiatives
- Engage banking partners on facility management and documentation
Requirements

- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
- CFA or equivalent professional certification preferred
- 10+ years of progressive corporate treasury experience within multinational organizations
- Strong experience leading Treasury Management System implementation and treasury automation initiatives.
- Background & experience in technology, data and/or financial modelling preferred.
- Experience defining treasury policies, controls, and governance standards
- Exposure to managing bank facilities, credit lines, and covenant compliance
- Strong understanding of financial statements and cash flow dynamics
- Comfort with technology, data management & financial modelling.
- Ability to engage external stakeholders including banking partners and technology providers
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
