Role overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is key to supporting a full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring effective people operations and compliance with HR policies and regulations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and committed to delivering HR excellence.
Responsibilities:

HR Records Management: Maintain up-to-date employee records including personal information, job descriptions, rotation history, attendance, and performance evaluations.

Attendance & System Management: Track employee attendance, generate reports, and monitor compliance with timekeeping policies.

End-to-End Recruitment: Execute the full recruitment cycle—sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding—to meet business hiring needs.

Employee Lifecycle Administration: Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes (e.g., promotions, transfers), and update internal systems accordingly.

Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits including labor and health insurance, and group insurance schemes, ensuring timely enrollments and exits.

Payroll & Tax: Process monthly payroll and support annual tax filing activities in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Compliance & Employee Relations: Ensure compliance with labor laws, handle employee grievances, and support conflict resolution efforts.

Policy Development: Maintain and revise HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal standards.

Training Coordination: Deliver effective onboarding programs and assist in implementing company-wide training initiatives.

Other Duties: Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
- Legal Knowledge: Expertise in Taiwan Labor Standards Act and HR regulations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Proactive, detail-oriented, strong communicator, ability to work under pressure.
- Collaboration: Cross-functional coordination experience.
- Language: Fluent English (written and verbal) preferred.
- Systems: SAP experience (preferred).

- 制度政策建设:修订与维护人事管理规章及操作流程。
- 培训体系执行:组织实施新员工入职培训及集团要求的培训项目
- 其他主管交代的其他工作。
所需技能/工作经验/教育经历:

大學以上學歷。
- 有相關人力資源工作經驗5年以上。
- 需熟悉勞基法、勞工相關法規,以及人力資源相關作業流程。
- 熟悉word、excel、power point等數據處理操作。
- 積極負責,溝通協調能力佳,具抗壓性與細心。
- 具有良好溝通能力及跨部門協調能力。
- 英文溝通能力熟練优先。
- 有相關SAP系統經驗優先考慮。
